Ms Arlaud brings a wealth of knowledge of the organizational and programmatic development of different UN Agencies. She has more than ten years of progressively responsible and international experience in sustainable development, focusing on multi-stakeholder engagement, partnership strengthening, and visual communications. Expert in management and economics of innovation, technology and sustainable development, Ms Arlaud holds a Double Master degree from Bocconi University (Italy) and Copenhagen Business School (Denmark). She is honoured as the best student of the Faculty of Economics (Novi Sad, Serbia) and Young Goodwill Ambassador of Denmark, and speaks English, Serbian and French.

Julia brings a wealth of experience to her role as a media and communications specialist, having spent over a decade in 24-hour television news as an editor and producer. Her work has taken her to various countries, allowing her to cultivate a global perspective. She's also adept at creating content for corporate clients, showcasing her versatility in the media field. Beyond her media background, Julia has worked in project management, successfully leading teams on a global scale. She holds a Bachelor of Journalism and Media Studies degree from Rhodes University, South Africa. She is passionate about the impact of human-centered storytelling, especially in the context of Africa.

Over a decade of experience as a multidisciplinary designer and leader focused on product and brand development. He shapes new ideas, influences trends, and propels innovation by pushing boundaries at the nexus of design and technology while mentoring and inspiring driven designers and developers. As a thoughtful and creative problem solver, he always welcomes new challenges with enthusiasm. He brings a hard-working mentality and a respectful attitude, ensuring hands-on daily work in all projects across user experience, visual design, and prototyping. He believes it is imperative as a design leader always to maintain a close relationship with the actual work. He is acting as a Branding and User Experience Lead at Fantasive.

Ms Aleksandra Joksovic
Head of Editorial Design
Multi-disciplinary award-winning artist - digital media artist, visual designer and illustrator. Ms Joksovic has professional experience as a Graphic Engineer, Graphic Designer and Art Professor. She holds a Master’s degree in Graphic Engineering and Design. Honoured as the best student of the Faculty of Technical Sciences, Department of Graphic Engineering and Design (Novi Sad, Serbia). She is passionate about illustrations and motion graphic videos and brings the most complex issues of our time as attention-grabbing and easy to understand design for the general public. Ms Joksovic speaks English and Serbian, with passion for Iranian and Norwegian.

Ms Ruzica Pavlovic
Graphic Designer
Young and creative digital graphics artist with considerable experience in print design. With a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Engineering and Design from the Faculty of Technical Sciences (Novi Sad, Serbia), Ms Pavlovic gained knowledge in multiple, diverse areas connected with design and print. She is very passionate about branding, layout design, logotype design and art direction. She enjoys the most to hold in hands a hard copy of her design and experiment with typography. For her, designing is not a job, but a pleasure. Ms Pavlovic speaks English, Serbian and a little bit of Russian.

Dr. Predrag Okanovic Senior Adviser - Research
Highly experienced research expert with 20 years of experience in both academic and applied research. Brings in extensive knowledge in research methodology, complex research design, and advanced analytical skills. Last 15 years he has been combining his scientific knowledge with consultancy, acting as a Co-owner and Senior Consultant in one of the top research and HR agencies in Serbia, TIM Centar. Holds a Ph.D. in Organisational and Industrial Psychology, with a focus on psychological testing.

Ms Lika Gamgebeli Adviser - Public Health
